Two pension plans
for lay employees
The Church Pension Fund administers:
- The Episcopal Church Lay Employees' Retirement Plan, a defined benefit pension plan, and
- The Episcopal Church Lay Employees' Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
In each plan, employers contribute a percentage of salary toward an employee's pension. These plans are portable among participating Episcopal employers.
