- Timely and correct assessment payments from your church or other qualified employer, and
- Accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your compensation and changes in assignment, family situation and beneficiaries.
Be sure to read the Personal Information Summary we send every year (usually in the early fall) and contact us with any changes you may have.
