Employees enrolled with group term life insurance may receive group accidental death &dismemberment coverage.
They or their beneficiaries may receive benefits for injuries or death related to a bodily injury caused by an accident, directly or independently of all other causes.
For all losses resulting from a covered injury, participants may receive only the single largest amount. If the accident results in death, the full benefit is payable to a beneficiary.
The policy does not cover losses caused by or contributing to an intentionally self-inflicted injury, disease, infirmity, suicide or war.
