To accept contributions to the DC plan in 2010, CPG must receive an updated Adoption Agreement from each participating employer this year.
The Adoption Agreement is necessary to comply with new IRS regulations for Section 403(b) plans taking effect January 1, 2010.
These regulations will require increased employer oversight. Failure to provide proper oversight may put your employees' accounts at risk of immediate taxation.
The Church Pension Fund will provide substantial support to our plan participants.
