This defined benefit plan is funded by employer contributions only. Employees may not contribute.
Your church organization contributes 9% of each participating employee's eligible compensation.* The average cost of this important benefit is only $125 per person per month.
Contributions for each employee must begin on the first day of the month after he or she becomes eligible for the plan.
*Eligible compensation is based on salary, excluding overtime, bonuses, commissions or incentive compensation, but including the cash value of housing, utilities and room and board, if they are provided as part of compensation.
