Before proceeding, please review the following statement:
PlanAhead was designed with Milliman, Inc. ("Milliman") solely for use by the participants (the "Participants") in the pension plans sponsored by the Church Pension Fund and its affiliates (collectively, "CPG"). By using PlanAhead, you acknowledge the following:

• PlanAhead is a projection tool that uses approximations and assumptions. It is not intended as a source of precise benefit calculations nor as a tool for tax advice. Rates of return used in the approximations are hypothetical, and actual returns on investments may be different.
• Certain features of PlanAhead for postulants and candidates to the ordained ministry are subject to further limitations:
  — Estimates of earning potential for postulants and candidates following their period of training are general approximations by geographical region.
  — Nothing in PlanAhead guarantees eventual ordination, clergy employment, participation in any employee benefits plan, or a level of clergy income.
  — The decision to enter training for ordained ministry is based on many factors, of which information in PlanAhead is only one.
  — Projected pension benefits are based on current plan provisions and may change before a postulant or candidate's clergy employment begins.
• Neither Milliman nor CPG confers any rights or makes any warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the results obtained by your use of PlanAhead. In no event will Milliman or CPG be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use PlanAhead or any related products.
• The assumptions used in PlanAhead may or may not reflect actual federal and state laws, investment rates of return, plan document provisions, or other factors (including, but not limited to, factors that may change in the future). In the event of any conflict between PlanAhead and the official plan documents, the official plan documents will govern.
• PlanAhead requires the use (including, in certain cases, the storage and retrieval) of your personal information, including nonpublic personal financial information. By using PlanAhead, you consent to such use by Milliman and CPG for the purpose of providing you access to the tool.
