Pinnacle Policy claims
Claims related to the Pinnacle Policy are handled directly by the claims staff of the Church Insurance Companies. To report a claim involving the Pinnacle Policy:
- Call (800) 223-5705 or (212) 592-1800, weekdays
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. - For liability or medical payment claims, fax or e-mail a
Notice of Loss or Injury. - For property claims, fax or e-mail the Property Claims Report. You'll find forms in the packet you received when you purchased or renewed your policy, or you may download them from this site.
To report claims of great sensitivity (such as misconduct matters or severe injury), we invite you to call the following senior claims personnel to make a report:
