Your church employer may choose to make any of three different dental plans available to you through the Episcopal Church Medical Trust, using the CIGNA dental network:
- Basic Dental PPO
- Dental & Orthodontia PPO
- Preventive Dental PPO
The plans offer a choice of providers and low out-of-pocket costs. The CIGNA Dental network includes credentialed dental providers, such as general dentists, endodontists, pediatric dentists, periodontists, and orthodontists.
All three plans include benefits for preventive care, as well as basic and major services.
To determine which plans, if any, are available to you, contact your group's benefits administrator.
