Church Pension Group

To purchase a Medicare supplement plan, you must be enrolled in Medicare Part A
and Part B.

A retired cleric must be a beneficiary of the Church Pension Fund. Eligibility for Medicaid or the receipt of Medicaid benefits will not be taken into account in determining eligibility.

Your spouse who is eligible for Medicare (including your surviving spouse) is also eligible to participate in the Medicare supplement plans.

A dependent child who is physically or mentally handicapped and is eligible for Medicare is also eligible to participate in these plans. At any time, the plans may require you to obtain a physician's statement certifying the physical or mental handicap.

You may not participate in these plans as both a retiree and a dependent, and your dependents may not participate as dependents of more than one retiree.
