New training programs now available:
- Preventing Sexual Exploitation in Communities of Faith addresses exploitation in pastoral relationships. Lay people as well as clergy may use the program to train others.
- Preventing Sexual Harassment of Church Workers helps dioceses and congregations understand and comply with laws applying to church organizations.
Training conferences
Conferences prepare individuals to train clergy and lay people in adult sexual misconduct issues and behaviors, using the two programs. While the training is especially for those selected by their dioceses for this purpose, the conferences are open to all.

This program is geared to preventing and responding to child sexual abuse in everyday life and ministry. The training kit includes two videos (DVDs), participant workbooks, and a trainer's manual.

Provides a basic understanding of the dynamics of child sexual abuse, how to recognize signs that a child may have been abused, and what to do if you have concerns about a person's behavior toward a child or youth, or if you suspect that a child or youth has been molested. For all adults concerned about children and youth.
For Ministries (22 min)
Steps you can take to prevent child sexual abuse in church and other organizational settings. For clergy, employees of churches and church organizations, and volunteers responsible for planning, implementing or supervising ministries, activities or programs for children and youth.
