Kathleen Floyd, Senior Vice President
Kathy Floyd is Senior Vice President – Education and Wellness. In this capacity, she is responsible for CPG’s educational programs and conferences, including CREDO, Planning for Wellness, and Enriching Your Retirement, as well as the CPG.org Learning Center and courses. Kathy joined CPG in 2015. Prior to joining CPG, Kathy served as Senior Advisor in the Office of Financial Education at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and was previously Deputy Director for Investor Education for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Earlier, she was Executive Director of Stock Market Game for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, and Director, Baltimore Academics, for the Baltimore City Public School System. In all, she has more than 25 years experience developing and implementing financial education programs and curricula.

Pattie Christensen, ChFC, RICP
Pattie served as Vice President - Education until she retired in 2022. She had been with the Church Pension Group since 1993 with responsibilities in a variety of employer-provided benefits, including health benefits, group life, disability and lay pensions. She had oversight responsibility for the development and management of financial and health education programs and resources. Pattie is a graduate of the College for Financial Planning, completing the certified financial planning education program and has received both the ChFC® Chartered Financial Consultant and the RICP® Retirement Income Certified Professional designations through the American College of Financial Services.

Dr. Jody Horstman, Ph.D., HSPP
A licensed clinical psychologist and clinical addiction counselor, Jody Horstman, Ph.D., HSPP, joined Aspire Indiana, Inc. in March of 2012 and serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Comprehensive Outpatient Services. Dr. Horstman has worked in community mental health in Indiana for 26 years. She is a member of Indiana’s State Disaster Mental Health Team and a trainer of Psychological First Aid (PFA). She also serves with the Church Pension Group through CREDOs, the Strength for the Journey program in Haiti, and works as health faculty for the Planning for Wellness conference.

Janet Todd, Assistant Vice President, Educational Programs
Janet Todd serves as Assistant Vice President for Educational Programs for the Church Pension Group (CPG), responsible for the curriculum used in CPG’s education programs. Prior to joining CPG, Janet was a Professor at DeVry University (5 years) and the University of Delaware (10 years), teaching finance, economics, and introductory accounting, as well as faculty for PFT and CREDO conferences. She served as a Trustee for the Diocese of Delaware, sat on the Diocesan Investment Committee, and was a long time Board Member for Generation Home Health Care, Inc. Janet holds a Doctorate in Finance from Michigan State University. Janet resides in Hamilton, NJ and has four grown children. jtodd@cpg.org

Ardelle Walters, LPC
Ardelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Private Practice. She has extensive experience working with adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and relationships. As a clergy spouse, she is particularly interested in the emotional well-being of clergy and their families, and serves on a network of therapists for the Presbytery of Arkansas. Ardelle is an active member of Christ Episcopal Church in downtown Little Rock. In her free time she enjoys running and walking the Arkansas River Trail. Ardelle and her husband Scott have two nearly grown children, Alden (a junior in college) and Kate (a senior in high school).

Krishna Dholakia, Director, Health and Wellness Education
Krishna serves as the Director of Health and Wellness Education in the Education and Wellness department at CPG. She is a registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator, and 500-hour certified yoga instructor. Krishna has over 11 years of experience working in preventive health and corporate wellness. She has worked as a nutrition specialist and health coach and is highly skilled in nutrition-and-lifestyle management counseling. She holds a masters degree in clinical nutrition and has training in adult weight management and tobacco cessation. Krishna has organized many nutrition, wellness, and cooking workshops. She is passionate about teaching individuals how to eat healthy and the power of embracing the mind, body, and soul connection. kdholakia@cpg.org

Laurence Dresner, ChFC
Larry has been a financial planner for more than 26 years and is a registered tax return preparer. He is a columnist, speaker, and author of the book Personal Finance for Clergy. His articles have appeared in Financial Planning Magazine, the Journal of Practical Estate Planning, the Electronic Accountant, local newspapers, and web sites. He taught adult education courses and seminars at various seminaries in the New York City area, and served as a board member on his congregation's Executive Committee, Board of Trustees, and was the investment manager for their endowment fund. Larry is a member of several financial industry organizations including the Financial Planning Association (FPA) and National Association of Tax Professionals. (NATP).

Nancy N. Fritschner, CPA
Nancy is a CPA and has worked for various accounting firms in Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, and Alabama. She currently practices in Louisville, KY, where her primary focus is clergy taxes. Nancy is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in Accounting. She has developed and presented courses on clergy taxes and church accounting to the Episcopal Business Administrators Conference, diocesan-sponsored treasurers’ conferences, and for seminars sponsored by the Office of Professional and Continuing Education of Auburn University. Nancy answers the clergy tax line provided by CPG and is an editor of the Clergy Tax Guide for Episcopal Ministers and the Federal Reporting Requirements for Episcopal Churches.
