Frank Armstrong

Mr. Armstrong is the EVP-Chief Operating Officer for CPG. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all client-facing programs and business operations. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President, Benefits Policy, and Chief Actuary of CPG since 2011. 

Before joining CPG, he served as a Managing Principal and Practice Leader for the Eastern Region for Hewitt Associates’ Health Management Practice, where he served as lead consultant to CPG. Prior to this, he was an actuarial consultant for Buck Consultants and an actuarial associate for US Life Insurance Company.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a BA from Rutgers University.

Clayton Crawley

The Rev. Clayton Crawley is the EVP-Chief Information Officer for CPG.  As head of all Information Technology and Services, he is responsible for a unified technology and business strategy and forming strategic relationships with our technology partners. Fr. Crawley joined CPG in 1999. 

Prior to joining CPG, he was the Associate Rector of All Saints Episcopal Church, Palo Alto, CA. His prior experience includes founding an internet consulting and multimedia production company in San Francisco. He is a non-stipendiary priest at St. Bartholomew's Parish and Trinity Wall Street in New York City and serves as a trustee at the Episcopal Divinity School in Cambridge, MA.

Fr. Crawley holds a Master of Divinity degree from the Church Divinity School of the Pacific.

Maria Curatolo

Ms. Curatolo is the EVP-Chief Administrative Officer for CPG and is responsible for Human Resources, Facilities/General Services, Business Resumption and Corporate Sustainability. Ms. Curatolo joined CPG in 1997.

Prior to joining CPG, Ms. Curatolo worked for IMS, a wholly owned subsidy of Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, where she was responsible for all Human Resource activities for the Pharma Division.  She previously was a Vice President of Human Resources at Continental Insurance, where she was responsible for Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations and Corporate Human Resource Operations. 

Ms. Curatolo holds a Masters degree from City College of New York.

Patricia Favreau

Ms. Favreau is the EVP-Chief Communications Officer for CPG.  She is responsible for the delivery of CPG’s communication strategies, including corporate communications, product marketing, and internet strategy. Ms. Favreau joined CPG in 2008.

Prior to joining CPG, she served as President of a brand strategy, consulting and product development firm with clients ranging from not-for-profits to major international companies. Before that, she worked at New York Life where she managed new market development, product positioning, and customer relationship management as Chief Marketing Officer of its Life & Annuity business.

She holds a BA from Amherst College and a degree of Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Daniel Kasle

Mr. Kasle is the EVP-Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer for CPG. He directs the corporate financial management of CPG, and manages Information Technology & Services, Church Publishing and CPG's enterprise-wide project management program.  He also has oversight of CPG's corporate risk management process. Mr. Kasle started at CPG in 2001.

Prior to joining CPG, Mr. Kasle spent ten years with the Metropolitan Jewish Health System (MJHS) as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Operating Officer, Managed Care. His responsibilities during his tenure with MJHS included finance, accounting, audit, management information systems and operations. Mr. Kasle's previous experience includes finance, operations and foreign exchange trading with MG Trading Corporation and Bankers Trust.

He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

Anne Mallonee

The Rev. Canon Anne Mallonee is the EVP-Chief Ecclesiastical Officer for CPG. She is a key advisor to CPG on developments around the Church and how they might impact CPG's work. Rev. Mallonee joined CPG in September 2014.

Prior to joining CPG, Canon Mallonee served as Vicar and a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Trinity Wall Street in New York City. Before that she spent several years as Interim Dean at Christ Church Cathedral, Hartford, CT, and served for six years at the Cathedral Church of St. Mark, Minneapolis, MN, the last two as Acting Dean. She began her ministry in the Diocese of Kansas, where she was ordained.

She is a graduate of the University of Kansas and received her M.Div. from Berkeley Divinity School at Yale University.

Nancy Sanborn

Ms. Sanborn is the EVP-Chief Legal Officer and Secretary for CPG. She is responsible for managing the legal department and providing strategic legal and business advice regarding CPG’s businesses, including transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance and litigation.  She also serves as the corporate secretary for all of the CPG companies and supervises outside legal counsel. She joined CPG in November of 2011.

Prior to working for CPG, Ms. Sanborn was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.  She previously worked at JP Morgan.

Ms. Sanborn received a B.A. degree in Economics and Mathematics from Bowdoin College and a J.D. degree from Columbia Law School.

Roger A. Sayler

Mr. Sayler is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for overseeing the investment programs for The Church Pension Fund, The Church Insurance Companies, Church Life Insurance Corporation and related entities. He joined CPG in June of 2014.

Prior to joining CPG, Mr. Sayler served as Chief Operating Officer at Columbia Management Group. Before that, he spent 20 years at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., where, as Managing Director, he headed such areas as Structured Equity Portfolio Management and Mutual Funds and served as global head of derivatives.

Mr. Sayler has an undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
