The year is off to a promising start at the Church Pension Group (CPG). As we saw in 2025, new initiatives can usher in positive change, but transitions can be hard. We are grateful to those of you who collaborated with us to help the people we serve embrace the shifts.
Review the changes below and resolve to take advantage of those that matter to you:
Members and their adult dependents whose plans use the Anthem and Cigna networks have access to no-cost, round-the-clock virtual visits with physical and mental health physicians and nurse practitioners via this telemedicine platform. Average monthly registrations with Teladoc surpassed 100 in 2025.
Active and retired clergy and their household members in 17 countries are eligible for IEAP benefits, including behavioral therapy, legal consultations, financial services, and more.
Engagement with this digital musculoskeletal clinic—available to those enrolled in plans using the Anthem and Cigna networks—surpassed the 2,000-member mark last year, with more individuals than ever taking advantage of personalized programs to reduce joint and muscle pain.
Members enrolled in plans that use the Anthem and Cigna networks can call Quantum for help understanding and maximizing their benefits, reviewing care options, resolving claims and billing errors, and much more. By the end of 2025, nearly 40% of members had created a Quantum account.
Administrators and individuals who self-pay for benefits can view and pay CPG invoices through My Admin Portal and MyCPG Accounts. More than 7,000 transactions have been made online since Benefits Bill Pay was launched in October.
CIC administrators can now access new and improved policy forms; view policy details and history; pay premiums; and submit, update, and track their claims online. Nearly 3,500 institutions are now set up with access to CIC self-service.
The FSA was established to relieve specific, extraordinary financial needs of eligible retired clergy in good standing in The Episcopal Church and their surviving spouses and dependents who are receiving benefits from certain plans sponsored by The Church Pension Fund. The program now offers an easier-to-submit application and a higher grant award limit. The grants awarded in 2025 surpassed the combined amount granted in the prior five years.
