Services Available to You
Active Employees
You can contact Quantum’s coordinators—nurses, benefit experts, and claim specialists—when you need help
- resolving a claim, billing, or benefits question;
- contacting doctors to coordinate treatment;
- reviewing care options and verifying coverage;
- finding in-network physicians;
- replacing a lost ID card; and more.
Care Coordinators may call you if
- you can save on out-of-pocket costs,
- you qualify for a coaching program,
- they have a concern about your prescriptions, or
- they need to follow up on a procedure or discharge.
Retirees and caregivers
If you are unsure who to contact for your healthcare needs, you can call Quantum Health at 866-871-0629, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM ET. Their representatives will connect you with the resource you need.
New Medical ID Card
Members whose plans use the Anthem and Cigna networks
You now have only one ID card for medical, prescription, and behavioral health services. Please share it with all your healthcare providers, except dentists.
