Frequently Asked Questions

• Do I need both a personal and a business email to set up a CPG web account?

  Yes. Here’s why:

  • Personal Email: Your unique login (e.g., j.smith@gmail.com) also serves as your username; it must be one-of-a-kind to you.
  • Business Email: Where invoice alerts and confirmations are sent. This can be the same as your personal email address or one being used by multiple users (e.g., ...). Note: Once selected, this email address cannot be used as the personal email address for any other user.
• Why does CPG need my personal information?

  This enables us to protect client data and ensure that only authorized individuals have access to sensitive information for your institution.

• We currently use Positive Pay. How does this impact me?

  If your bank offers a digital version of Positive Pay and you want to take advantage of that service, please follow your bank’s instructions to authorize e-check payments to Church Insurance through OneInc by sharing the following:

  • Originating company name:  OneInc
  • Originator ID: PWMSONEA01, F800146791 & 2800146791
• Who will have access to this service?

  Anyone designated by your institution will be granted access. To designate someone, call (800) 293-3525 or email CICPortalSupport@cpg.org. You may revoke access at any time by contacting us through the same phone number or email.

• If I'm assigned as a Church Insurance Administrator, will I have access to Benefits Bill Pay?

  Not automatically. While both features are accessed through MAP, permissions are granted independently of each other.

  If you're interested in accessing both services, please contact your institution or diocesan administrator.

• How will I know when my property and casualty insurance bill is due?

  Once your invoice is ready, we’ll send you an email with a link to the CIC Online Service, where you can view and download your invoice, make or schedule payments, and take advantage of all the features provided by the service.
