Literally translated, the Latin word CREDO means, “I believe.” CREDO encourages participants to rediscover the passionate essence of their life and ministry in the context of their faith, their relationships, and their community.

Since 1997, CREDO conferences have provided clergy with a multifaceted wellness experience that many have described as life-changing. Through exploration of the four component areas – Spiritual, Vocational, Financial, and Physical/Psychological health – CREDO conference participants explore ways in which focusing on their personal well-being supports a healthy life and ministry.

At CREDO, you’ll also find a rejuvenating, supportive Christian community that will nurture and remind you that the wisdom and grace of God is near.  Experienced faculty teams guide the conference which becomes a true learning community in which participants share their knowledge, experience, compassion, and care with one another.

The CREDO Experience has lasting impact. Clergy leave their conference with a refreshed vision, the support of colleagues, and the tools they’ll need to maintain and strengthen an ongoing commitment to their ministry and personal well-being.  A CREDO conference helps clergy examine their health, replenish their spirit and rediscover the passion that first animated their call to ministry.

CREDO is…

  • An intentional Christ-centered community
  • An experience for the mind, body, spirit and heart
  • A four-step life cycle process of identity, discernment, practice, and transformation
