Quick, Convenient, Safe: Expanding Self-Service

CPG ConnectThis fall, we’re targeting the launch of Benefits Bill Pay. This new online service will make it quick, convenient, and safe for institutions to view and pay their CPG-related pension, group health, group life insurance, and disability invoices through My Admin Portal (MAP)—and for members to do so via MyCPG Accounts—anytime, anywhere on their electronic devices. Institutions currently not using MAP will work with diocesan administrators to gain access.
More Streamlined and Client-Focused
“We’re committed to delivering a better experience for our clients—one that fosters confidence and self-sufficiency,” TraceyAnn Harvey, Senior Vice President of Client Services, explained. “This will also help our service representatives shift their focus from transactional inquiries to more meaningful, more in-depth interactions with the people we serve across the Church.”
John Servais, Senior Vice President of Benefits Policy, concurred. “Our clients can now manage and access their information faster, more easily, and more efficiently. That’s great for our clients and it’s great for us.”
We’ve added new accessibility tools to cpg.org, including page translations, audio screen reading, and other display preferences, to support a diverse audience.
“These tools provide many ways to enhance the experience of our site, whether changing the language or other elements of the user interface so people can more easily utilize the information and services we provide,” Andy Scherer, Vice President of Creative Services & Digital Experience, said.
Director of International and Voluntary Relationships Zach Peterson noted, “In my role, I’m especially appreciative that the clergy and lay employees we serve can now translate our web pages into more than 60 languages. This can be very helpful for our international and ethnically diverse participants.”
