Serve Yourself, Save Time: Online Enhancements

CPG ConnectThe Church Pension Group has just transitioned to a new way to manage benefits billing and property and casualty policies, billing, and claims.
Online Benefits Billing and Payments: The Wait Is Over
Benefits Bill Pay, a new feature available through My Admin Portal (MAP) and MyCPG Accounts, allows administrators and individuals paying for their own benefits to view and pay CPG invoices for pension assessments and group health benefits online. Institutions can also pay group life insurance and disability coverage through the new feature.
This means CPG is no longer mailing invoices or accepting paper checks.
To gain access to Benefits Bill Pay, institutions must assign a bill payer role in MAP to anyone who views, approves, or pays invoices, and individuals need to confirm that they have a MyCPG Account that has a valid email address. Without taking these steps, bill payers won’t receive alerts when their invoices are available for payment. We encourage you to take action now to avoid future delinquency.
We will continue to reach out to administrators and to individuals who pay their own benefits with various communications and guidance to smooth the transition from manual to electronic billing.
Find out more by visiting cpg.org/benefitsbillpay (administrators) and http://cpg.org/learning-billpay-individuals (individuals).
Church Insurance: Day or Night, from any Device
The Church Insurance Companies (CIC)* began rolling out a new online service in July. Through MAP, CIC policyholders can access new and improved policy forms; view policy details and history; pay premiums; and submit, update, and track their claims. When filing claims, they can upload forms, photographs, and documents 24/7, as well as receive expedited direct deposit claim payments.
As each policy issued through CIC comes up for renewal, we will notify institutions on how to set up their account so they can take full advantage of our new self-service capabilities.
