Decision Guide for Retirees (Medicare Eligible)
The Episcopal Church Medical Trust (Medical Trust) offers medical and prescription coverage to post-65 former employees through UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan (MA/PDP).

How to Enroll
Use your MyCPG Accounts email and password to log in during your Annual Enrollment session:
Wednesday, October 21 – and Friday, November 20.
The enrollment site will be available beginning October 21.
New UnitedHealthcare Plan Guides and ID Cards for Retirees
To help manage costs, we are separating our current offering from a single plan that includes both medical and prescription drug coverage into two separate plans offered as matched pairs.
- Medicare Advantage (MA) Comprehensive + Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Comprehensive
- Medicare Advantage (MA) Premium + Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) Premium
UnitedHealthcare will mail two separate plan guides to retirees in October, and in mid-December, they will receive two new ID cards—one for the medical plan and one for the Rx plan.
Post-Retirement Health Subsidy
Retired clergy enrolled in Medicare may be eligible for financial assistance from The Church Pension Fund to help defray the cost of post-retirement health benefits.
The subsidy approved by The Church Pension Fund Board of Trustees may be used to cover all or a portion of the cost of a Group Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plan (MA/PDP) option, and/or dental coverage for eligible retired clergy and their eligible spouses.
