Medicare Supplement Health Plans

We provide three basic Medicare Supplement Health Plans: Comprehensive, Plus and Premium. With each plan, members are responsible for some out-of-pocket expenses.

The chart below reflects the full costs of these plans. The actual portion of the monthly cost an individual has to pay will depend on:

  • The plan chosen
  • The amount a former employer or diocese may choose to contribute (clergy or lay)
  • Years of credited service in The Church Pension Fund Clergy Pension Plan (clergy)
  • The amount of subsidy provided by The Church Pension Fund (clergy)

See Cost of Supplement Plans for plan costs and comparisons.
