In addition to Group Medicare Advantage benefits, CPG provides several other benefits to eligible retirees at no additional cost.

Health Advocate services will not be available after December 31, 2024.

Quantum Health will begin care coordination services on January 1, 2025, and manage the transition of any open cases for members enrolled in plans using the Anthem or Cigna networks.

Retirees (former employees 65 and older):

Quantum Care Coordination

Beginning January 1, 2025, Quantum will be ready to connect retirees with UnitedHealthcare or with a personal care coach who can help them and caregivers. Learn more about Quantum Health.
