Resilience: Stacking the Odds for Wellness

Your Guide to Building Resilience

Everyday life may present challenges, but we may better manage day-to-day difficulties by learning tools to enhance resilience.

We build resilience — the ability to bounce back from hard times and step forward with hope — through intention and practice. In this course, you’ll learn what it means to be resilient and how you may cultivate it in yourself.

The course is presented in individual lessons. Proceed at your own pace, try out the suggestions, and return as often as you wish.

Building resilience can provide tools for managing tough day-to-day situations, but our responses to difficulties are influenced by different factors. Sometimes, those factors involve health concerns that require professional diagnosis and attention. This course is not a substitute for medical or mental health diagnosis or care.
