Additional Benefits


Active employees (clergy and lay) and other eligible individuals generally have access to the following benefits at no additional cost.

Health Advocate services will not be available after December 31, 2024.

Quantum Health will begin care coordination services on January 1, 2025, and manage the transition of any open cases for members enrolled in plans using the Anthem or Cigna networks.

Quantum Care Coordination

As a single point of contact, Quantum Health simplifies the healthcare experience. To get help with Annual Enrollment, call (866) 871-0629. Learn more about Quantum Health.

Care coordination is available only to members enrolled in a medical plan that uses the Anthem or Cigna network and will commence on January 1, 2025. Assistance with Annual Enrollment is available to members enrolled in or eligible to enroll in a medical plan that uses the Anthem or Cigna network.

Vision

Hearing

Hearing exams and an allowance of up to $3,000 every three years for the purchase of hearing aid devices.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

A free and confidential 24-hour service that connects employees, dependents, and household members with counselors, attorneys, financial consultants, etc. Learn more about the EAP.

Health Advocate

Helps members understand their diagnoses, secure second opinions, manage health claims, and more. Call 866-695-8622 or visit Health Advocate (password: episcopal).

UnitedHealthcare Global Assistance
