Get Healthy

Health is one of our major concerns as we age. It has been proven that our longevity and well-being depend on our commitment to healthy eating, healthy living, and exercise.

It’s important to understand your options for healthcare and treatment, as well as maintaining your health. A few steps can help you take control.

Understand your healthcare benefits

Review your healthcare benefits package to understand the benefits available to you. The Episcopal Church Medical Trust (Medical Trust) offers one UnitedHealthcare® Group Medicare Advantage (GMA) (PPO) plan with two options.

Both plan options offer medical, prescription drugs, hearing, mental health benefits, among others. Dental benefits may be purchased as a separate plan.
