The Medical Trust offers healthcare benefits to seminarians. The available plans are summarized below.

Aetna Health Fund

This plan will not be available after 7/31/2015.

Out of Network: $2,500 Individual, $5,000 Family

2014-15 Plan Information

Aetna Health Fund Plan Deductibles and Out-of-Pocket Maximums will be effective August 1, 2014

1The Health Fund Account is an amount of $500 per individual/$1,000 per family per plan year, which pays 100% of the first $500/$1,000 in covered healthcare costs that you and/or your family incur. You will be reimbursed for deductibles and copayments up to $500 for each individual and $1,000 for a family of 2 or more. Any unused amounts in your account that are not used by the end of the year are rolled over to the following year. However, when you terminate coverage in the plan, any remaining balance in the Health Fund Account will be forfeited.

Anthem BCBS 75/50 PPO Plan

Annual Deductibles
Network: $900 Individual, $1,800 Family  

Out of Network: $1,800 Individual, $3,600 Family

Annual Out-of-Pocket Maximums
(includes deductible) 
Network: $4,100 Individual, $8,200 Family

Out of Network: $8,200 Individual, $16,400 Family

Inpatient Hospital Copayment
$100 per day, not to exceed $600 per admission, then 25% coinsurance
