View and Pay Pension and Group Health, Group Life, and Disability Invoices Online

We’ve transitioned to a new, streamlined way to manage your institution’s benefits invoices. Through Benefits Bill Pay, a new feature in My Admin Portal (MAP), you’ll be able to view and pay your institution’s pension, group health, group life, and disability (GHLD) invoices online using a bank transfer (e-check) or debit card.

We no longer mail paper invoices or accept check payments.

Log in to MAP to Access Benefits Bill Pay. Note: You will be notified via email when bills are available to view and pay.

IMPORATANT: To help ensure your bank does not block payments, you may need to provide them with the following information. Some banks have digital safeguards that may flag or restrict payments to new or unfamiliar vendors unless pre-authorized:

  • Originating company name: Paymentus
  • Originator ID: 0000000160

Who Needs Access?

Anyone responsible for viewing, approving, or paying benefits invoices will need to have access to MAP as either an Institution Administrator or a Benefits Bill Payer.
